Annual Membership Fees*

• Substance Abuse Treatment Providers: $1,000

  (Includes 1 Facility, $250 per additional)

• Laboratories: $2,500

  (Includes 1 Facility, $500 per additional)

• Billing Organizations:

  • $1,500 when supporting up to 5 facilities
  • $3,000 when supporting 6 – 10 facilities
  • $5,000 when supporting 11 or more facilities

• Individuals: $500

  (Great for counselors, therapists, supporters)
